With more and more trainers shifting to online training, important elements of the client/trainer relationship are lost. While seemingly more convenient, here are some of the drawbacks to online training:

  • No one can spot your form
  • You can’t ask specific questions
  • Online trainers can’t always judge your progress
  • Online programs can’t generally be tailored to your needs

With online training, there is no one physically present to guide you. For example, while you can type in the weight you are lifting or what exercises you are attempting, you may end up lifting a higher weight for one set as a result of taking a longer rest period than usual, and not because of an actual improvement in your strength. Conversely, with 1 on 1 training, our qualified fitness staff will ensure that your training protocol is ideal for your age, gender, body type and numerous other parameters, while keeping a close eye on your form at all times and monitoring your progress on a daily basis. The end result will be a safer, faster and more efficient route to reaching your goal.
